We trace our earliest roots to 1960s when we started as the designer and implementer of petroleum and product depots and dispensing stations, which with the start of our involvement in Tehran Refinery and the National Oil and Gas Pipeline led to the formation of an entity called the "Management of Special Projects ". That Management later became the "Refineries Engineering and Construction Affairs"; with major undertakings such as Arak and Bandar Abbas grass root refinery projects, and subsequently, The National Iranian Oil Engineering and Construction Company in 1992, by which it is known today, a subsidiary of the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company. knowhow are of premium in our engineering and construction activities. We're focusing on technologies that improve our end product, i.e., the entrusted projects. We also are investing in the development of emerging environmental technologies, cutting down on the emission of toxic gases to the environments,
as well as technologies to make the infrastructures safe against natural adversaries such as earthquakes, while taking into account the economies of the projects.
