The current vulnerability study and retrofitting design projects:

1- Tehran: vulnerability study and retrofitting design of the main office building (old central building) of NIOC using the base isolation technique. This project contains of a 16 stories, 54 years operated office building and a 3 stories annex building with total area of 22,000 square meter. The retrofitting design is currently processed.

 

2- Tehran: vulnerability study and retrofitting design of the main office building (new central building) of NIOC using the moment resisting frame system equipped with dampers. This project contains of a 17 stories office building with total area of 10000 square meter. The retrofitting design is currently processed.

 

3- Mahshahr: vulnerability study and retrofitting design of the new equipments, buildings, and the "Back Area" enclosure. This project contains of cylindrical tanks, band walls, three pump stations, and power station. The vulnerability study is already completed and retrofitting design is currently processed.

 

4- Arak refinery: review and update on the previous design documents for equipments and buildings. This project contains of heaters, towers, vessels, pipe racks, and cooling towers. The retrofitting design is currently processed.
